Yes. Our programs are practice-based and industry-aligned, taught by senior practitioners. Each completed program leads to an RMS Academy certificate, and the curricula prepare you for leading vendor certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, security and DevOps tracks) depending on your path.
Each program states its own prerequisites. Most welcome motivated beginners with a strong logical foundation, while advanced tracks expect some prior IT exposure. If you are unsure, take our level assessment or contact us — we will guide you to the right entry point.
Applying is fully online via our application page. The process has a few simple steps: submit your profile, upload your documents, settle the application fee, and our admissions team reviews your file and gets back to you.
Yes — a one-time application/processing fee of 10,000 XOF (≈ €15) covers the review of your file. It is separate from tuition and is requested once your application is validated.
After applying you receive a secure tracking link to follow your status through every stage — from submission to enrolment. You can also write to academy@grouperms.com at any time.
Yes. Tuition can be split into a 3-instalment plan (40% / 30% / 30%) so you can spread the cost across the program. Payment is available locally (FedaPay / Mobile Money for West Africa) and by card.
Yes — we offer need- and merit-based scholarships with several funding tiers. Eligibility, documents and the dedicated process are detailed on our scholarships page.

We offer both in-person sessions at our Cotonou campus (Immeuble RMS, Agla) and online sessions, depending on the program and cohort. Hands-on labs and projects are central to every format.
Masterclasses are focused, high-impact sessions on a specific theme (Cloud & career, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI & Data, ERP). They are a great way to discover the Academy before committing to a full program. Registration is on the masterclass pages.
Learning runs on our Moodle-based LMS, where you access course materials, labs, assignments and grades. Enrolled students receive their credentials by email once enrolment is confirmed.
On successful completion, your verifiable certificate is issued directly from the learning platform and can be downloaded from your account.
