Modeste Agonnoudé is a senior technology executive with over 30 years of international experience across energy, consulting and digital transformation. As former Chief Digital & Information Officer at ENGIE Group, he led large-scale technology programmes across Europe and Africa, overseeing cloud migration, cybersecurity strategy, ERP deployment and AI integration at enterprise scale.

Certified CTO by MIT Sloan School of Management, Modeste combines strategic executive vision with hands-on technical depth. He founded RMS International Group to bridge the digital skills gap in West Africa, and established RMS Digital & Technology Academy to deliver practice-oriented, internationally-benchmarked professional training accessible from Cotonou, Benin.

At the Academy, Modeste leads instruction across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI & Data and Digital Transformation programs, bringing real enterprise case studies and a direct, results-focused teaching approach.
